Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate Australia-wide (3–7 business days).

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100. Use the code FREESHIP at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 days. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas), processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.

Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, please select express post at checkout.

Delivery Delays: Shipping can take up to 7–14 days due to potential Australia Post delays. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are beyond our control.

We’re a small business and do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible—thanks for your support!

Refund Policy

All sales are final—we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, we’re happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@embracingembodiedminds.com.au. We may request a photo or the return of the faulty item (return shipping costs are covered by the buyer).

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

Wear & Tear

Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a fault and cannot be refunded or replaced.
