NDIS Support
As a dedicated Keyworker and Early Childhood Consultant, I work closely with families and a child’s broader support team—including therapists, educators, and specialists—to help your child achieve the goals outlined in their NDIS plan. My role is to bridge collaboration, guidance, and support, fostering your child’s emotional growth and helping them develop essential skills for resilience and well-being.
With a strong focus on early development, I specialize in creating tailored one-on-one sessions that nurture emotional intelligence, social connection, and foundational life skills. Partnering with families, I am committed to ensuring consistency, compassion, and meaningful progress in every step of your child’s journey.
At the heart of my work lies a deep passion for empowering children to thrive, helping them embrace their strengths, and building a strong foundation for lifelong well-being.
Private Sessions for Children Ages 4-12
In private sessions, Embracing Embodied Minds offers personalised mindfulness, yoga, and emotional literacy support tailored to children ages 4-12. These one-on-one sessions are designed to nurture a child’s unique strengths and needs, providing a safe space where they can explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and learn practical skills for resilience and calm.
Through engaging, age-appropriate practices, children build confidence, enhance their social-emotional skills, and foster a greater connection to themselves and others. My goal is to empower each child with the tools to navigate life’s challenges, cultivating a sense of inner peace and balance that supports their growth, well-being, and happiness.
Mindfulness and Yoga Classes for Children
Our mindfulness and yoga classes are crafted to inspire children to connect with themselves in a supportive, nurturing environment. Each class blends gentle movement, breath-work, and mindfulness techniques to help children feel grounded, centred, and relaxed.
With a focus on emotional literacy and self-expression, classes offer children a space to explore their feelings, develop emotional resilience, and build inner calm. These sessions are thoughtfully structured to meet the needs of various ages and abilities, offering a balance of playfulness and stillness that fosters a sense of safety, curiosity, and joy. Whether through seasonal themes or nature-inspired activities, our classes guide children in understanding their emotions and bodies while creating a foundation for lifelong mindfulness.
Professional development & mentoring
I provide professional development and mentoring tailored for educators, caregivers, and other professionals who are passionate about embedding mindfulness, emotional literacy, and holistic well-being practices in their work with children.
My workshops and one-on-one mentoring sessions offer practical strategies and insights, from mindful movement to fostering emotional awareness, all designed to empower educators in creating supportive, mindful environments. These sessions focus on real-world applications and personalised support, helping professionals develop the confidence and skills to guide children in nurturing resilience, emotional balance, and a sense of calm in their daily lives
Education Programs:
I am excited to introduce an enriching 4, 6 or 10-week programs designed to bring the benefits of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to local Early Learning Services. These weekly or fortnightly sessions are tailored to integrate seamlessly into your services schedule, offering a holistic approach to well-being and development

This program emphasizes personal interaction and hands-on provisions and practices, which are essential for fostering a sense of safety, emotional stability, and physical health in our young learners.
