At Embracing Embodied Minds, our mission is to provide children with safe, nurturing spaces where they can explore connection to their true self, in whatever way that comes through. We explore mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence and well-being through a tailored approach.
With over 18 years of teaching experience, teaching accreditation through NESA as well as Meditation Australia, I bring a depth of expertise in childhood development, mindfulness practices, and emotional literacy emotional intelligence that empowers children and families alike.
About Dee
Hi, I’m Dee Brilley, and I’m passionate about supporting children as they navigate their emotional worlds. As a qualified Keyworker and Early Childhood Consultant, I work closely with families and educators to ensure that children receive the support they need to thrive. My approach is all about creating safe spaces where children can explore their emotions, grow their emotional intelligence, and feel seen and heard.
Through my personalised services, I offer a range of programs, including one-on-one sessions, group classes, and NDIS support 4-7years . I work with children privately, group sessions and within schools aged 4-12, helping them to navigate the challenges of childhood with mindfulness, movement, and emotional literacy.
Additionally, I offer professional development and mentoring for educators and caregivers to create supportive, mindful environments for children. My goal is to empower children and families with the tools to thrive in every aspect of their lives, no matter where they are.
